This Return Policy is part of the Turbo Power Terms of Sale. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the conditions below.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking.
• Only unused, unaltered products are eligible for return and must be returned
• complete, including all accessories, components, manuals, and original packaging.
  Products that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

Verification

• All return requests and returned items are reviewed against the original order details and must pass verification before approval and refund processing.
• Items must correspond to the original transaction and pass inspection for authenticity, completeness, and condition.
• Returns that fail verification or show evidence of substitution, manipulation, or non-compliance will be rejected and documented.

No Exchanges

Turbo Power does not offer exchanges. All approved returns are processed as refunds only.

Incorrect Item Claims

• Claims of incorrect shipment must be submitted to Customer Support for verification.
• If confirmed, Turbo Power will provide a prepaid return shipping label and ship the correct item after receipt and verification of the incorrect item.
• Unverified claims are not eligible for replacement or refund under this provision.

Return Authorization

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days by email to info@turbopowerhairdryer.com and must include:
• Order number and reason for return
  ○ Clear images of all sides of the product
  ○ Images of the original packaging
  ○ Images of all included accessories and components
• Returns must be approved in writing prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Fees, Shipping & Refunds

• All approved returns are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee.
• Original shipping, handling, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is approved as a verified incorrect shipment.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after inspection and approval.

Disputes

Payment disputes submitted without first following the return authorization process may be reviewed and responded to using order records, delivery confirmation, and inspection documentation.

Orders shipped to freight or mail forwarding companies are considered delivered once received by the forwarding service. We are not responsible for loss, damage, missing items, or delays that occur after delivery to a forwarding company.
Orders delivered to forwarding companies are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks related to post-delivery issues. By placing an order with a forwarding address, the customer agrees to these terms.

Final Authority

Turbo Power reserves the right to approve or deny returns based on compliance with this policy. Records may be retained for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
