  • Products that have been modified or tampered with, including repair/attempted repair by an unauthorized party.
  • Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics, or appearance of the product. 
  • Other accessory items that are packed with the unit.
  • Damage due to accidents or unauthorized repairs. 
  • 12 months has passed from the date of purchase, even if the product wasn’t used.
  • Product is shipped somewhere outside of the United States. 
  • Product is purchased through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Alibaba, or any unauthorized third-party seller/website.
