1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
We at Turbo Power are committed to quality service and products. Our hair dryers come with a one-year warranty that covers the unlikely scenario of a customer receiving a defective product. Terms and conditions are below.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:-
- Damage from misuse, abuse, incorrect electrical input, or neglect of safety precautions.
- Products that have been modified or tampered with, including repair/attempted repair by an unauthorized party.
- Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics, or appearance of the product.
- Other accessory items that are packed with the unit.
- Damage due to accidents or unauthorized repairs.
- 12 months has passed from the date of purchase, even if the product wasn’t used.
- Product is shipped somewhere outside of the United States.
- Product is purchased through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Alibaba, or any unauthorized third-party seller/website.
