Turbo Power • California Distribution Group has partnered with United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service to provide several fast and affordable shipping options.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Shipping — Fast delivery and complete tracking of your order from the time it leaves the Turbo Power • California Distribution Group warehouse until it arrives at your front door. These options are not available to Alaska and Hawaii.
Ground Shipping — Orders delivered to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address, or U.S. territory will be shipped Priority Mail by the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery to a P.O. Box within the continental U.S. will take approximately 3-5 business days, and delivery to APO/FPO, U.S. Territories, or a P.O. Box outside the continental U.S. will take approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on location. If you need faster shipping, please consider delivery to an alternate location in the continental U.S.
Free Economy Shipping — Low cost-effective delivery for packages under 20lbs. Typically 7 to 10 business days within the contiguous U.S. for delivery. Standard Shipping is available to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes. This carrier picks up your package from our fulfillment facility and passes the package on to the U.S. Post Office (USPS) for final mile delivery.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER ABOUT SHIPPING TIMES It is important to know that the shipping time is based on actual transit time once an order has shipped, but does not include order processing time. Orders placed before 6AM PST Monday–Friday usually ships out that same day. Orders placed after 6AM PST Monday–Friday will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If you need something by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm when your order can actually ship.
CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES, AND DUTIES
All customs, import taxes and duties fee is not included in the shipping amount you have paid. Customers are responsible for paying these at the time of delivery (if there are any). We are not able to estimate the cost for this, we suggest checking with your countries customs/importation department for more information. If you refuse to pay these fees, the item(s) will come back to us. Your original shipping fees will not be refunded, you may have to pay for return shipping costs and we charge a $30 USD return fee that will be deducted from the refund.
