Great for Thick Medium to Long Hair - High Bar

I have thick, medium length and coarse hair and this hairdryer surpasses the high bar I set for hairdryers. I gets my hair dry and smooth quickly. It is not heavy (although I am anxious to try the new digital light one) and easy to use. Four heat settings is great and works well for my processed hair which needs lower heat. Good air volume as well.

Excellent blow dryers

I’ve been using Turbo Power Twin Turbo blow dryers for over 30 years and they never failed me. They’re powerful, innovative and do the job we Hairstylists DO expect from a professional hair dryer. No fuss, no fake fancy… just a great good boned dryer.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below. This policy applies to all hair dryer products sold by Turbo Power.

1. Eligibility Window

All return, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery through the official Return & Exchange Request Form.

Requests submitted outside this window will not be accepted.

2. Product Condition & Limited Testing

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must:

  • Be returned in original, undamaged packaging
  • Include all original accessories, components, manuals, and inserts
  • Be free from damage, residue, moisture, or cosmetic wear

Limited Testing Permitted:
 Customers may briefly power on the hair dryer for functional testing only (e.g., airflow, heat, noise).

Return or exchange eligibility is void if the product shows evidence of:

  • Repeated or extended use beyond basic testing
  • Exposure to hair products, water, or humidity
  • Residue, dust, or internal debris

Any product determined to be used is not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return & Exchange Authorization (Required)

All returns and exchanges require prior written approval.

To request approval, customers must submit the Return & Exchange Request Form within 15 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number and reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos of all sides of the product
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Photos of all included accessories and components

Returns or exchanges sent without approval will be refused and are not eligible for refund or credit.

4. Inspection & Verification

All returned items are subject to inspection for authenticity, completeness, and condition.

Items that fail inspection may be denied, returned to the customer at their expense, or refunded at a reduced amount.

Inspection determinations are final.

5. Exchanges

Approved products may be exchanged within the 15-day eligibility window.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges are processed only after inspection approval
  • Exchanges are subject to availability

Upon approval, either a store credit will be issued for a new order or a replacement will be shipped after payment of any price difference.

6. Refunds

Approved returns will receive a refund to the original payment method.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Defective or Malfunctioning Products

Defective or malfunctioning items must be reported within 15 days of delivery through the Return & Exchange Request Form.

Malfunctions reported after 15 days are handled exclusively through the Turbo Power 1-Year Limited Warranty and are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Incorrect Item Claims

Claims for incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and the correct item will be shipped after the incorrect item is received and inspected.

9. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Turbo Power's responsibility ends once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Turbo Power is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery, or for shipments delivered to freight forwarders or third-party handling services.

10. Payment Disputes

Customers must follow this policy and receive return authorization before filing any payment dispute.

Disputes may be contested using order records, delivery confirmation, and inspection documentation.

11. Final Authority

Turbo Power reserves the right to approve or deny all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
