Return Policy

Turbo Power Hair Dryer values its relationship with you and offers you the option to return most products purchased directly from Turbo Power Hair Dryer.  More details below.

• For all eligible purchases, our return policy is 30 days from the date of your invoice. Please note that refunds will only be processed if the serial numbers on the returned items match those listed on the original invoice.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@turbopowerhairdryer.com and provide us with your order number. If your return is eligible, Turbo Power Hair Dryer will send you additional instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• For approved returns, Turbo Power hair dryer will refund or credit the actual price you paid. Your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees, any applicable restocking fees (described later in this policy), or both. View more details on restocking fees below.
• Any product returned to Turbo Power Hair Dryer without a CRA number from Turbo Power Hair Dryer will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and Turbo Power hair dryer will not ship the product back to you.
• Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition and undamaged, along with any media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment. Any items that are not returned in eligible condition, Turbo Power Hair Dryer will contact you about any potential additional damaged item fees that may have incurred prior to processing your refund.
• Ship your return in time for us to receive it within 30 days of authorization or your refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.
• Special conditions apply for products purchased in a bundle or during a promotion. See “Promotional Items” section below.

Products that are not eligible for return at any time include

• We do not accept returns on hair brushes and used hair styling tools due to sanitary and health concerns.
• Promotional items and items on sale.
• Turbo Power Hair Dryer reserves the right to deny any returns in circumstances involving repeated returns, violation of the Turbo Power Hair Dryer Terms of Sale, or other impermissible activity.

Re-stocking Fees:

For approved returns initiated within the time period specified in this policy, you will be responsible to provide return shipping labels for your return.

Turbo Power Hair Dryer may charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the actual price you paid for the order. Turbo Power Hair Dryer will also deduct the cost of shipping and handling fees on all orders shipped for free to you. Typically, we deduct any re-stocking fee from the amount of your refund or credit.

Promotional Items:

Depending on the promotion, Turbo Power Hair Dryer may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund or credit you receive for the return of the purchased item. Examples of these kinds of discounts and promotions include:

• “Buy a item and get a free item.”
  • If you return the item but keep the free item, Turbo Power hair dryerl may reduce your refund or credit by the value of the printer.
• “Buy a item and get a gift card or store credit.”
  • If you return an item but already spent the money on the gift card or store credit, Turbo Power Hair Dryer may reduce your refund or credit by the value of the gift card or store credit.

Damaged, Defective & Wrong Item(s):

If you have received an item that is damaged, defective or wrong item(s) please contact us via e-mail at info@turbopowerhairdryer.com so we can resolve any issues with your order immediately.

Order Cancellations:

• We can not cancel an order once it has shipped.
• Return requests must be made upon shipment reaching its destination.

Incorrect Address, Undeliverable Shipments, and Refusal Package

• Orders that contain incorrect or undeliverable shipping information and can not be delivered by the shipping carrier, the customer may incur additional shipping charges to complete the delivery.
• For any reason when a refusal of a package at the time of delivery has been issued by the receiver, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

When Will I Receive my Refund?
Please be advised that it may take up to 3-15 business days from the date the order is received back at Turbo Power Hair Dryer for you to get the money credited back to the original method of payment.
